Congratulations Phantom Regiment - 2008 DCI World Champions!
The Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps captured their second DCI Championship title on Saturday, August 9, with a score of 98.125 with their 2008 production of Spartacus. The corps also won the Fred Sanford High Percussion award with a final score of 19.85. Congratulations to Innovative Percussion signature artist Paul Rennick, his staff, and all the marching members on this outstanding achievement.
